Discovering Valley of the Moon
Located 7km from La Paz, Moon Valley is an extraordinary sight, a massive area covered by sandstone pinnacles sculpted by the weather over many thousands of years.It is an oddly eroded hillside maze of canyons and peaks reminiscent of a Martian landscape. Valle de la Luna contains narrow trails that you can hike on and explore the various formations in the area.
